Astleigh Mondegreen is another minstrel from Middle-earth. I met her in the halls of Aerlinnbar and she has been one of the greatest strengths of the Lonely Mountain Band. Astleigh has converted many songs from the Lonely Mountain Band into “ABC” format for playing within Lord of the Rings Online. Tarnorili’s Theme is a tribute to a Dwarven champion named Tarnorili. May his beard never fall out. Astleigh has composed a beautiful but strong piece in this track. The final arrangement and mastering was a pleasure and so easy given the grandeur and beauty of Astleigh thoughtful composition. Checkout all of Astleigh’s work at Astleigh.MyMiddleearth.com

— John Ronald Reuel Tolkien, from a letter written to Milton Waldman, ca. 1951 —
